FASHION & BEAUTY CONVENTION
A true one-of-a-kind fashion and beauty convention needed a truly exceptional team to execute. When taped to manage JamaloukiCon, a huge scale event, we needed to connect with every relevant profile on our contact list, to secure and fill all the various activities, including conferences, meet & greet sessions, and workshops.
It was a tricky management situation because we needed to deal with overlapping primetime activations and influencer appearances, communicate and handle different characters and tempers from both the team and the VIPs, and ensure the satisfaction of everyone involved in the experience.

It was a tricky management situation because we needed to deal with overlapping primetime activations and influencer appearances, communicate and handle different characters and tempers from both the team and the VIPs, and ensure the satisfaction of everyone involved in the experience.
We mapped all the relevant profiles and linked them to the proper activations, and then with a calm focus and result-driven attitude, we managed to organize the overlapping of schedules making sure the right person is available in the right place and time. We kept the attendees and audiences interested and secure proper exposure to all the influencers involved.

It was a highly stressful event, yet incredible and hugely successful which made it all worth it! Besides the smooth organization process our team made on-site, we collaborated with design brands Bokja and Skaff to create a unique design t for various spaces in the conventions, like the Meet & Greet section, which became a great photo opportunity for everyone attending the event.
