Challenge

YSL team tapped us to generate buzz around the newest Y by YSL Men’s fragrance launch in Amman, and make the product the talk of town by creating advocacy through influencers, VIPs, and PR guests.

We got straight to business, creating the event’s concept, curating a list of relevant guests, and coming up with personalized hashtags guests can use while posting on social media. However, execution proved to be hard when it came to the quality of production we had in mind and the reliability of the production team.

Our team tackled the challenge with extensive research on market suppliers in Amman, found the best one, and finally was set to start the execution.

We made sure everything was accomplished as per international guidelines and kept an open eye on every detail during the process by delegating and controlling the tasks very closely and consistently following up with team members, from managers to artisans executing the production.
